Hefflin Legacy Foundation

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Hefflin Legacy Foundation. These terms apply to anyone volunteering with or participating in Foundation-hosted events.

1. Code of Conduct

We ask all volunteers and participants to act respectfully, responsibly, and in the spirit of community. Discriminatory, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Volunteer Responsibilities

By signing up to volunteer, you agree to:

  • Show up on time and complete assigned tasks to the best of your ability

  • Communicate promptly if you’re unable to attend or complete a shift

  • Follow instructions from event organizers or Foundation staff

3. Event Participation

  • Participation is at your own risk. The Foundation is not liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or unforeseen event changes.
